I also understand that when I am working directly with animals there is an inherent risk of bites, scratches and exposure to zoonotic diseases.\n\nI understand that all records, information, cruelty cases and ongoing investigations are to be kept strictly confidential. I further understand that records, information pertaining to clients, donors, staff and other volunteers is confidential in nature. Furthermore, I will comply with all regulations, policies and procedures of Finn&#039;s Rescue Ranch, and understand that my failure to do so will result in my termination as a volunteer. I hereby, execute this release freely and voluntarily knowing the same is a legal document, and recognizing that I had the opportunity to seek legal counsel pertaining to this document.\n\nAs part of the application process, I UNDERSTAND Finn&#039;s Rescue Ranch will do a background investigation through a third-party provider of such services. By submitting this application, I consent to the background investigation and to providing information reasonably requested by Finn&#039;s Rescue Ranch or the third-party provider to complete such background investigation. No Applicant is guaranteed to be accepted as a Volunteer. Finn&#039;s Rescue Ranch may refuse any Applicant for any reason, or for no reason at all.\n\nI understand that moving forward in the volunteer orientation process, I am REQUIRED to make a weekly commitment to the League for the duration of at least a three-month timeframe.
